- ELIGIBILITY. MEMBERSHIP IN THE SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS SITE IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR USERS WHO ARE 18 (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Any registration, use of or access to the Site, or by anyone who is under 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By using the Service or the information given Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or else that you are 18 or older, and that you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- PASSWORD. When subscribing to become a member, you are asked to choose a username and a password for your profile. It is your full responsibility to guarantee your password’s confidentiality. The use of another members profile, username and or password is absolutely prohibited. It is your full responsibility to advise us of an unauthorized utilization of your member’s profile or password. Only you are found to be responsible of your member’s profile.
- TO BECOME A MEMBER. For your subscription as member the new member’s form had to be filled. All the information that will be given on these forms will be sent to a database, which will be CORNAC’s property. To become qualified member, every member has to submit a business opportunity which has to be approved by CORNAC. To have the right to the posting of a business, the member has to fill out these 3 conditions: be a member – has to make a proposal of opportunity – the opportunity has to be accepted. Any payment will be made through PayPal or a certified check.
- MEMBER PAID CATEGORY. All members registering in a category having an admission fee, will be payable only once in a lifetime. To be able to maintain his right of access to the site, the member will have to provide or close a business opportunity in a year following his birthday of inscription, a full year starting from its date of subscription. Any payment will be made through PayPal or a certified check
- SHARED PROFITS. The seller must pay 2 % of the initial sum of offer to post his business opportunity and the buyer have to pay 2% of the opportunity to be able to conclude the transaction . The 2 % is divided into 2 sums: 0.5 % for the CORNAC for the site and 1.5 % minus the marketing and administration expenses will be returned to all qualified and participating members as CORNAC’s shared profits. To be a qualified and participating member to the shared profit category it is necessary to have concluded 3 transactions in the course of the year (starting from January 1st till Décember 31th) in a given category. The total sum collected for this particular category will be divided into equal amounts between the qualified members. The shared profit payment will be made in 90 days following the end the year.
- STATUS. Any member registering before March 31st, 2009 will be accepted without verification his status will not be verified. Starting from March 31st, 2009, all conditions to have the status of verified member will be transmitted and every member will have to proceed to its qualification.
- RESPONSIBILITY. It is the buyer’s responsibility to transmit the transaction’s closure in order to post the information on the site.
- OTHER INQUIRIES. For all business opportunity, all business inquiries or business project, every request will be personally and individually treated. These will be subjected to their conditions and regulations after being analyzed.
- CHANGES. The present agreement defines your membership’s regulations; its content can be punctually changed by CORNAC. Any potential modification will be effective after the publication of CORNAC’s notice on the website
