ELIGIBILITY. THIS SITE IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR USERS WHO ARE 18 (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. BY ACCESSING SERVICES AND BY USING THEM, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUESTED AGE (EIGHTEEN, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER). By using these services, you declare and you guarantee that you have the right, power and capacity to conclude this Agreement and to respect all its conditions. If you content yourself by surfing the Website without being recorded as a Member, your use of the Website remains subjected to the present Agreement; as a result if you do not accept the present Agreement, do not to use the Services.


PASSWORD. During your subscription to become Member, you will be asked to choose a user name and a password for your member's profile. It is your full responsibility to guarantee the confidentiality of your password. You agree to not use another member's profile, user name or password. You agree to contact us immediately if you suspect anybody of having unauthorized access to your member's profile or a not unauthorized access to your password. You are fully responsible for the use of your member's profile.


CONDITIONS. The present Agreement remains effective as long as you use the Services and/or as long you are Member. You can put an end to your membership at any time, without specific motive, by writing a mail or an e-mail to the attention of CORNAC, mentioning your will to cancel your membership. CORNAC can cancel your access to the Website. CORNAC can cancel your membership for any reason by sending you a notification at the electronic address which will be provided on your membership form, the termination being effective as the notification beeing sent by e-mail. If CORNAC cancels your membership on its network, because you have not respected the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any subscription refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. CORNAC owns and keeps all rights of possession of the the Services. Services contain information, including other members of CORNAC, you cannot copy, change, publish, transmit, distribute, broadcast, show or to sell this information.

CONTENT PUBLISHED ON SERVICES. You acknowledge and accept that CORNAC can (but without any obligation) verify any small announcement, photograph communication, information, intellectual Property, ressource, video and any message, content, link, profile and others (all of those being reunited under the label "Contents ") who is loaded, published or shown (all of those being reunited under the label"published") on the Services and to delete or to refuse to put online these Contents, what consists of, such as, any Contents which, in the opinion of CORNAC, which represents an offence with the present Agreement or that can be chocking or illegal, or that can violate the rights of other Members, harm their interests or threaten their security. You are fully responsible for the Contents that you publish on the Services, or transmit to other Members.

You declare and you guarantee that you are entitled to publish all of your Contents and that you promise to not to publish unauthorized or illegal Contents, to violate or to infringe the rights of a third party (which includes intellectual property). Below, follows a non exhaustive list of different types of Contents defined as being illegal or not allowed on the Website (called " unauthorized Contents ") .CORNAC owns the right (without obligation) to investigate on anyone who infringes this clause, which includes, the removal from the offensive content on the Services and the termination of the membership of the person in offence.

(a) made the promotion of information, which is established as being wrong or fallacious, or illegal activities

(b) contain means with pornographic or sexual character

(c) contain means showing persons of less than 18 years in violent stages or with sexual character, or soliciting personal information on individuals whom are less than 18 years of age;

(d) manufacture or purchase of prohibited weapons, violation of the right to private life, either broadcasting or creation of computer viruses providing instructions relating to illegal activities,

(e) solicit on behalf of other users of passwords or personal information of identification of any type for commercial or illicit purposes; and who allows to take part, without our prior written agreement, in commercial activities and/or of sales, such as competitions, raffles, exchanges, promotional campaigns and pyramidal sales

(f) consist of making the promotion either and has taken parts in activities in link with products of counterfeiting, of articles subjected to the American embargo, of narcotics and illegal objects, of stolen products and of articles used in thefts, the black market or of activities linked to the grant or to actions, of bets, of professional services governed by licences of state or of the strictly personal articles; or (l) infringed in either way the conditions of the present Agreement or procreate responsibilities for CORNAC.

You must use Services of in a way which respects all legislation and applicable regulations. You cannot transmit chains of e-mails or Trojans to other Members or third parties. Even if CORNAC cannot control the behaviour of its Members outside of the Services, the use of any information acquired via the Services with the intention of baiting another person, abusing it or harming its interests, or with the intention of contacting another Member, transmitting him advertising, soliciting him or selling him products or services without its definite prior agreement also constitutes a violation of the present rules.

CONFLICT BETWEEN MEMBERS. The relations which you maintain with other Members in relation with the Services, including, the payment and the delivery of the goods and services, and any other condition, guarantee or statement linked to these activities, are exclusively recovering from your responsibility and from that of the other Members. You accept that CORNAC is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by these activities or in link with any exposure or use by another Member of your personal identification information. In case of conflict between you and any third party (misunderstanding, including any member), CORNAC has no obligation to intervene. However, we keep the right, without its dressing obligatory character, to supervise conflicts between you and other Members.
